		<description>Yahoo is dead, they are just trying to stave-off the inevitable but what is up with this fight against taking the only lifeline they will probably ever be offered? I don&#039;t see what the difference between the taking offer and maybe an extra 10-20 billion... that is an astronomical amount of money that anybody would be hard pressed to spend in a lifetime.
