Most of this week at good old CrunchGear was taken up by iPhone-alike hunting at CTIA and April Fool’s. We also angered Griffin and my son screamed on cue. Here are a few more highlights of the week:
- Guiyu, e-waste capital of China
- Radio engineers wanted
- Review: Belkin TuneStudio 4-Channel Mixer
- Nokia officially unveils the N810 WiMAX Edition
- Live from the CTIA Wireless 2008 Keynote
- CrunchArcade: Take-Two working on Sophie’s Choice MMORPG
- Twatr.net – Yes, it was fake. Seriously. If someone wants to write a twitter clone with jubblies, I’m all for it.

One request… could ya change the opening theme song?
we’re planning on it. it’s grown on us so far, sadly.
I figured the Twatr post was fake, but what about the Google – Skype one? If it was an April Fool’s Day joke, ya got me because it seemed believable. I would love to see Google acquire Skype and rescue it from eBay.
that browser is schwag
I’m not jumping out of my chair for that phone.
