Playboy, America’s favorite magazine (for the articles), just announced an iPhone version of the Playboy.com website. The site features an iPhone-esque UI and includes a HotorNot clone, a nightlife adviser, and Playboy Radio, an MP3-based online radio show. Wow I have to say this has been one of the oddest TC comment thread.
The term iTouch just got a new meaning.
I suppose I’m in the minority position here, but I regret seeing the iPhone and its myriad of wonderful, legitimate uses devolve by getting the pr0n treatment. Just add 3G and then hi-res video can be streamed right to your phone from anywhere! Woo hoo! And damn the consequences!
I hope Apple stays classy and refrains from promoting this garbage.

Before you guys start trashing the iPhone site, did you even bother to check out the site itself? There isn’t any nudity at all and it’s all about lifestyle related content. This isn’t anything worse than what you see in Maxim and FHM…
I can’t visit the web site, but I think it was only a matter of time until someone put this sort of content available.. with such a beautiful screen on the iPhone, it’s no surprise.
