We are going to lauch a solution for MS Outlook users that helps replying emails from templates and the template selecyion is very handy.

The templates will be created/captured at a click of mosue from existing email.( Whatever you have replied in the past ) . The best thing is that these templates may carry attachemnts too and will be attached automatically for your replied email.

Once the mail is created from template, you can have a look at it's contents and can edit if requires.

Theese templates can be used for creating new mails too.

The solution will not only address the requirement of quick replying but also provides solution to archive important emails outside outlook where other documnets like word and excel can be attached and indexed.

This archive would have the option either to move emails or copy emails to archive.

The products is already being delivered to hundreds of users to give feedback and people have seen enhanced productivity.

Schlaf? Mehr als 6 Stunden sind sowieso Luxus. Vielleich sollte doch endlich mal jemand den 48 Stunden Tag erfinden, dann endlich hätte ich Zeit mir Wege auszudenken, wie man 2433 E-Mails beantwortet. [...]

Well, times come and email marketing becomes an activity you can't handle only by yourself. Sure, spam is something really disturbing those days, and complicated to handle. Hope someone brings up an idea how to fight it.

Hi!!! someone here recommended Gafana.com as spam-blocking solution. I would join the club and say that for me personally it's the best spam-blocking service ever, especially taking into account that I used many other services. This one is the best - I almost don't get spam mail at all and that's what I really need.

Hi Michael,

I completely agree to what you are saying - I have recently started a blog that is devoted to the subject of information overload and how to deal with it: http://www.managingio.com

Also, I will be starting a new web service (www.nextfeeds.com) that will try to tackle information overload in some new ways - no longer 2,433 mails in your inbox!

Can can get notified upon launch on www.nextfeeds.com.

This is bad news for anyone who uses email marketing as a significant channel for their business. Everyone gets too much email these days so the chances of a contact responding to a mail blast is getting less and less by the day.

Can't someone create an Inbox filtering system that learns which emails you tend to address quickly and which you tend to ignore? It would be like a reverse spam filter. Which subject lines do you tend to open? Which emails do you open and forward/respond to vs. which emails you open but close after five seconds? Which emails NEVER get opened? Get some MIT students, lock them in a room, and don't let them out until they come up with something. The world is waiting.

How about you hire someone to screen your mail. Or to condense your emails into manageable info so it requires less of your time.

Sure it would take some setting up and a learning curve to find the best way to go about it would cut out your time required and would give someone a job!

Im not talking about a secretary...just someone to condense your communication.
