I don&#039;t know what the articles of incorporation say (which should govern the judge&#039;s ruling, baring any illegal provision of said articles), but from a fairness perspective, Jana should have board representation, as should all investors, but not more than the proportion of the amount they own (unless they can get additional shareholders to vote with them).</description>
