Ok, point taken. There are too many activity feed aggregators out there. So now we have FriendFeedFeed, to “Aggregate all your social networking aggregator feeds into one aggregated feed of aggregator activity feeds!” Awesome.

    TechMunch. Brilliant! :D

  3. Wes

Awesome idea! Although a fat “we’re upgrading, please come back later” message.

  4. Taylor

    “Looks nice.”
    “Awesome idea!”

    Oh, the irony.

  5. Bartek Gniado

    @Wes It’s a joke ;)

  6. Michael Parkatti

This is awesome. So much of Web 2.0 is self-satire. Kill one trend, and you’ve got eight trend zombies to take its place…

  7. Joe

This well makes me laugh out loud, so we now have a aggregator aggregator ha!

  8. damon

Brilliant. Somehow this reminded me of the recursive logic in a Rush Limbaugh Obama parody about hope, could not find the link…but something like this…

“without hope, you have not hope, so just hoping for hope can bring hope into the lives of overone”

  9. damon

Hi Michael, can you enable comment editing, so us spasmo typers can go back and fix things?

  10. Wes

Yeah Bartek realized it. :bows head in shame:

  16. Steve

I’m not sure why, but the name “TechMunch” makes me laugh a lot.

  17. Mark Hendrickson

I tried it and I gotta say - both FriendFeed and Socialthing! have to watch out for FriendFeedFeed. They’ve nailed it!

  18. John Atkinson

Good to see the TechCrunch guys step back and poke fun at this funny industry every once in a while.

I’ve been looking for a place to join my Pointcast updates with my other streams. Thanks for pointing out this very useful service ;-)

  22. Jordan Mitchell

    Good stuff Michael.

In all seriousness, why does everyone think about aggregation and hyper-aggregation when it’s really about “congregation”.

  23. Matt

@#21 (anatoly) God willing it will remain that way.

LOL @ this website… not sure what I like best… the joke, or the people falling for it. hehehe. it’s all good. thanks for the link to laughs!

  27. Nathan

I wonder how many of the commenters still haven’t realized this is a joke?
