I've put it's development on hiatus for the moment, but it involves modifying some of the core of Wordpress and not relying on mostly plugins. This open-source format is genius because it has the capability not only to be it's own social networking site, but it opens it up much more than your typical blogger, myspace, friendster, or bebo sites. The one thing it doesn't have is the ease of finding people from your past much like the way FaceBook has become to not only myself (re-connecting w/ people from as far back as elementary school), but with a multitude of others that rave about it. Although Wordpress does have the capability to do something along those lines, right now FaceBook's popularity is based on that "ease" more than anything else it's involved with (applications or what not).
