We just got out of an interview with Dov Moran, founder of Modu. As we suspected, the device is a module-based GSM system that includes a small, fully-functional phone and a set of “mates” or “jackets.” You can pop the phone in and out of different devices and add GSM functionality to almost anything, from GPS units to cameras. You’ll pay about 200 euro for a phone and two jackets and then a little extra for different devices.
The product will be very interesting to CE manufacturers in that it reduces to the time-to-market considerably and ensures they don’t have to go through FCC testing with every new mobile product. John at CrunchGear has a more detailed take on things but the idea is very compelling.

I think this “interview” ticks every single box on why most interviews shouldn’t be on video, but should be typed in so people can easily read it, with a small video demonstration.
Poor sound quality, a guy who doesn’t speak great english, and no actual interview - just a half-prepared pitch, filmed by someone with no aparant skill in filming or interviewing.
Of course, that’s not the web 2.0 way, but it’s the way that people would have got some information from this post.

In all fairness this was an interview which was broadcasted live using flixwagon.com technology. The sound might not be fantastic but still not an easy interview to get! So I congratulate TC for being there and doing the best they can!
this is lame. You can’t understand anything from what he is saying and the video is in such low quality.
