		<description>I hope that what they are offering is some innovative world changing solution because the have their work cut out for them.

They&#039;d have to get the support of developers to use their environment / platform to gain market share and if 4.5 million is any indication -- that&#039;s even less than half of what Google is spending (10 million) for the Android developer challenge.</description>

		<description>Native applications are just snappier. If they can make  the user experience better with commodity HW, they will do well. It just doesn&#039;t seem likely. It&#039;s as if they didn&#039;t learn the lessons from the past. Java is great in the enterprise for the sole reason that the number of libraries out is enormous. They will have to play nice with symbian, winmo, os x, and android (and the horrible brew). Good luck to them.</description>
