Super Tuesday is done. I don't believe people voting for a war-monger like McCain, when 70% Americans wanted an end to war.

Ron Paul is an idealist. He may have a strategy, and probably he'll get to be the King Maker. Unfortunately, most Americans don't read enough to understand what is wrong with the economy. I am a Ron Paul supporter. He has earned respect, and I thank him for making me believe in America again.

Barack Obama would be the new President, considering all the support he has. The new President is gonna be a Democrat this time.

On the Republican side, I'd support Mitt Romney over Insane McCain anytime (Lesser of the two evils!).

Funny. Does anyone else remember Arrington's petulant declaration (verbatim), "Obama just lost my vote"? All because of a bug on the candidate's site, exactly a year ago.

Anyway, I agree with these (reformed) sentiments. Get out and vote. Don't whine about the candidates: if it was that bad, you would have stood for election yourself. Democracy relies on participation.

Why wasn't Ron Paul given the TechCrunch endorsement? McCain probably doesn't even know how to turn on a computer.

Is it just me or the likes of MA and Scoble promoting themselves more than what most would like in the last 20-30 days..."I spoke with X here on radio, Y there over breakfast..." I am with #11, we don't come to this website to read your life blog...lets talk tech and leave the rest to our twitter/facebook accounts.

...yawn...this ain't the site people go to for political information, hence the name 'techcrunch'....plus you're whole 'one of each' thing, that's just lame...either take a position, say who you're going to vote for, alienate and offend your readers while standing by your convictions OR just don't bring it up...

lol @ #9 ... there's a startup for that.. what is it Mike?

Mike, nice advice there at the end... the "microbrands" would be awesome.
Blogging vs. Traditional media: Blogging, not as a web trend or technology, but as a style of communication and response.. is radical. In both the scientific sense and the 1980's hot-pink gotcha bracelet sense. Blogging drinks traditional media's milkshake. ;)

TC has quite some force in "bringing the message" to the masses - with millions of unique visitors each month, it reaches out to a sizeable chunk of potential voters, even though lots of readers are from outside US, like myself.

And I like the trick: TC is heavy enough to get media coverage, which will make it even heavier. Good move, MA.

After seeing your interest in the election , and TC endorsement , i started to like you more Mike.

Its important to tell others , IT bloggers are not just a techie guy's.

They care about the important issues , and try to make a difference they way they can.

Make sure you get out and vote tomorrow

All of them are full of Sh*t - both Techies and non Techies alike.

Perhaps there should be a group of three Presidents as opposed to just one person in a winner takes all approach.
