CrunchGear this Week

This week saw the final reverberations of CES give way to the thunderclap of the Stevenote, which was covered live by everyone on the internet. The obvious news item was the MacBook Air, its accessories, and most controversially, its shortcomings. We also weighed in on the AppleTV, some alternatives, and the short-lived rental hack. The Time Capsule was judged practical, and the world’s cheapest car debated by scores of ravenous commenters. Lastly, the Helio Mysto saw its official release, so get one while they’re hot.
