Duncan at TC40 using the wi fi was not reliable due to being slammed.

We used Verizon EVDO for our demoPit presentation and fortunately had no issues … no need to run the site locally.

I’d suggest EVDO if you don’t already have it!

It’s good to hear that TC is doing it this year. Please, please, please take a look the coverage between CrunchGear and Engadget from the 2007 Keynote.

CG’s coverage looks like it came from a 10 year old. While Engadget’s is professional, polished and extremely informative.

Whoever does it for TC, please do a better job. We need details! Not, quotes like this:

Two greatest companies on the web, sez Jobs. Yahoo and Google on the same stage? Strange.

When you compare that to what Engadget said, you can see that there is no comparison:

I am very excited about the macworld expo this year. After a great 2007 for the apple family, I’m expecting new great innovations for this year. I am always impressed by how Steve Jobs presents himself with his infamous keynote speeches during macworld expos. I really do hope to get a chance to work for apple in the near future. Apple really does provide a lot help of for artists such as me. I hope that apple would still continue to innovate stuff for the creative community. More power to Steve and his fruit!

Engadget was much, much better at telling us wtf was happening during the last keynote. Time to step it up GC!
