1938media captures the spirit (video above) of a week where Robert Scoble took on Facebook and lost, caused a Plaxo Flub then got reinstated and sparked a new debate on data portability. You have to hand it to Robert, there’s rarely a dull moment…well most of his non-live videos aside. He’ll certainly be a handful for Fast Company when he starts there later this month.

    That Scoble/Facebook post is ONLY two days old. But nothing better illustrates how effective viral social media can be on search engine placement

    Look at the amount of links that post has accumulated

    On Google it is #105 for the term FACEBOOK, when it debuts on Yahoo and MSN it will likely be even higher

    17, try looking up “satire” and “Chris Crocker”.

    This would have been funnier if it had been clipped by 30 seconds and executed with more of Feldman’s lacerating wit, but given how Scoble still doesn’t seem to really understand how he’s come across in this matter, I still chuckled.

    This video is not only very annoying, it is total garbage!
