I have been using Amazon since 99/2000 and never had a problem until this year when some books went missing.

I braced myself for a painful experience but was real pleased with their troubleshooting, they phoned me via some VoiP service that I had requested on their site and the whole thing was sorted in 5 minutes, with replacements sent out.

This was refreshing considering some of the horror stories I have heard about missing items and items out of stock from other online retailers this Christmas.

One thing I see here is that all top products are that I myself want :). Planet Earth is amazing as well as ipod and Kindle (I am sure many will agree). Not sure about other products though ..

For all you Amazon shoppers out there, just don't forget about Amazon's 30-day price guarantee. I did most my holiday shopping via Amazon and found that many prices dropped today (the day after Christmas). Luckily, it's an easy process to get Amazon to credit you for any price drops. I documented it all here:

</b>

Wonder how much of their online success is due to their over 2 million PPC keywords? Not to mention their constantly excellent Google organic rankings on the SERPs

Have they increased their PPC budget?

Now TechCrunch might understand why some people resort to Pay Per Post blogging.
