2007 may well be remembered as a year that tech and automotive interests came together. Driven by the convergence of tech with automotive features such as iPod docks and GPS units, tech companies wanted a slice of the car market. Apple signed a deal with Mercedes Benz and closer to home Ford started offering cars the included onboard features that were “powered by Microsoft.”
An example of an actual commercial can be found here, but the following comes courtesy of regular TechCrunch commenter Fake Steve Ballmer. Why they’re driving an old LamboFerrari in the clip isn’t made clear, perhaps it was a test unit

No problem Dunk!
I nominated Microsoft for a Crunchie. Did they win??
not a lambo. its a ferrari!
Arun
my bad
that’s a beautiful sounding engine of the Ferrari(naturally aspirated v8’s)- such a symphony controlling those rpm ranges
Regular TechCrunch commenter… thanks for giving your fans some proper role.
RWW (ReadWriteWeb, of cos) should just learn (a lot) from TC.
I was putting up a serious (but actually positive for OpenSocial) comment on http://www.readwriteweb.com/ar.....social.php
last night (using comment anonymously), and after several Preview edits
(since the comment was serious, wanted to catch the obvious typos),
hit Submit, and suddenly that comment anomymously thing was no longer
available, and said you must sign in to comment — and that comment
anonymous link was gone (for a day) — [which just came back after a day]
Right, no mistakes. Checked couple times. Eventually, f*ck it, forget it.
What’s the big deal.
Does anyone remember the name of that movie?
Haha someone beat me to it, such a nice Ferrari! Oh and the video is funny as hell!
Slow news day, Duncan?

Bluescreen one was obvious.
How about hitting the accelerator and 3 separate security message boxes pop-up warning you that what your doing is putting you at risk.
Blue screen of death was to easy
@m0nty (#9)
not a slow news day…I just felt the need to run the video the moment I saw it
Funny video, is that russel crowe?

Water pollution effects vary depending on the type of water pollution. The type of pollution can be devastating. Water is the number one natural resource that all life depends on here on Earth and it is up to us to take care of it. Many of the effects of water pollution are passed right up the food chain.
Ridiculous, pathetic propaganda of FSB… either you guys make up a “OMG! do we think this is funny!” feed, and separate it from the news one, or you’ll send up losing readers.
That was great.
I think my dear aunt might think that integrating Microsoft voice recognition is double the killer. select all

Yawn, another by-the-numbers Microsoft “slam.” Look, I dislike MS as much as the next self-righteous designerati geek, but stuff like this is just idiotic.
