Now this - I'm using. I just uploaded an X4 document and it uploaded quickly and it has a very nice and clean interface. I also noted you can upload various movie files, pdfs and basic image files. Very nice. This is a much better solution than e-mailing pdf files to customers.

As Bernie pointed out, there are millions of users of CorelDRAW around the world (have a look at the http://CorelDRAW.com community if you want to see more), and the long-term partnership Corel and ConceptShare announced today is very exciting. And for those who don't use CorelDRAW, you can still use coreldrawconceptshare.com with other file formats :-)

4???? Try over 4 million registered CorelDRAW users, not to mention the 100 million in the corel universe through acquisitions. Not bad reach for a worldwide market that would have cost a fortune to target.

Comparing CS to WebEx is like comparing a beat up Pinto to a loaded Lexus. :)

Maybe this will help Corel get back into the chatter about graphics apps.

ConceptShare is more powerful when you use it to replace meetings, instead of moving them online. We do have chat inside the project workspace, but our customers primarily use our tool on their own schedule. We're really closer to Basecamp than WebEx, that might be a little more apt comparison. I guess being longtime fans of their work influenced us.

The review doesn't really do justice to the ConceptShare product, which totally revolutionizes how designers work with non-designers, the gathering of feedback, etc. It really, really creates a "talking over the table" feel - which is so critical to good design.

Kudos to the CS gang :)

WebEx systems for the editing of different types of media is an amazing idea. I wonder when Adobe will get in this space.

There are so many ways in which people can collaborate these days and if you can port such media as images, video, etc. into WebEx-type collaboration systems, the world of the web will change dramatically and will allow for the use of more advanced systems for business and creative use.
