I just uploaded an X4 document and it uploaded quickly and it has a very nice and clean interface. I also noted you can upload various movie files, pdfs and basic image files. Very nice. We do have chat inside the project workspace, but our customers primarily use our tool on their own schedule. We're really closer to Basecamp than WebEx, that might be a little more apt comparison.
