Provocative probably is better... Look at animoto.com for example (I'm not involved with them), they charge you 30 bucks a year for a nice service (even if someone would argue that you could do the same things - slightly - for free) and if a 30" clip is enough for you they don't charge you at all! Among other reasons this is why I'm a great fan of them... but if they were asking for 20$ a clip be sure that I wouldn't even bother to try.
