When I went back to visit after the dot.com boom was over, it was even *more* depressing, because the only appeal it had when I was there was the insane economy - now theres not even that. Ever since I moved to NYC I have been in heaven - women outnumber men, and there are people from every walk of life and occupation - its like coming out of a coma into a huge party.
