New logo looks like any number of lame web 2.0 companies. Might make TechCrunch staff warm and fuzzy, but this means nothing to their intended audience. This is the problem with web tech culture. Too much crowdthink. Someone step up and do something crazy, unrelated to widgets or myspace or facebook or mashups without mentioning ruby or google maps or jason calacanis or mike arrington or dave winer or robert scoble.
