A guy broadcasts his life to anyone who wants to watch, then he declares hiimself a victim because people judge him based on his own videotape. Talk about trying to have it both ways. If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen. It’s called ACCOUNTABILITY.

I don’t always agree with everything that Ron does or says. And like EVERYONE, he probably has some issues. But I try to understand. What’s with all the judgmental behavior? People lose their temper. I’ve never seen Ron take his equipment into a theater while on. Granted she did not know this (which explains his explanation). But ya’ll need to look in the mirror before you start pointing fingers. I’ve seen worse actions in public places that attracted less attention.
I agree lifecasters should be sensitive to people’s feelings towards being filmed. But this has nothing to do with the situation. When people stop swearing in the world and we live in utopia, let’s readdress this situation. Damn.

Arrington, come on, is this how far you have to stoop to get traffic, you of all people should be ashamed, why would you allow this on Techcrunch, this is not even news or what lifecasting is about, it is obviously a bad moment In a life of someone, did he do the right thing, maybe not, but as pointed out, it was his reaction to the moment, no big deal, he did not threaten her or make a big deal beyond reason. Stop trying to play on the drama and high school stuff and get back to what people want (need) to actually read about….. for crying out loud

I have to laugh at the comments calling for violence against Ronald. You guys are the biggest idiots. She is a big girl and can take care of herself. Since when did hitting someone, or threatening violence against some one is less offensive than name calling?

And I have to agree with lizzie. Some of you act as if he is a serial rapist and the woman was his 100th victim. Grow up.

i have been a jtv viewer for 6 months. lifecasting is intriguing to some of us.
There are hundreds of lifecasters on jtv. ronald lewis is probably the most polite,
reasonable, moderate guy on jtv.

he made a mistake. muttered about the woman, not to her face. its wasnt the
nicest thing to say or do.

it wasnt, however , such a big damn deal.

Mike posts things about Justin.TV because it generally gets lots of comments. People who write blogs write things that people will comment on. People seem to have strong opinions about it one way or another.

Add some queen like this showing off for his audience of 10 and it just sort of scales the whole thing down. Mike is making commentary here I think.

Lifecasting might be dumb, I think most of it is, but it is apart of this period of internet history and if TC doesn’t cover its wins and losses, who will? No matter how lame your internet company is, Mike A. will meet you at the delivery room and also be there with a camera as its being lowered to its grave. Get with it people– amazing how little people notice.

IMO, if this dude freaked out a lot more, I bet people would watch more often. I love watching people get pissed. I saw two hobos fighting over a ham sandwich the other day and I practically pulled out a fold up chair and a tallboy to watch.

Ronald, those who work in the service industry are gluttons for punishment, and the wind is at your back.

I’ve never wondered why I was “single.” I know and understand why I’m single, because I enjoy living a stress-free life w/o drama and hassles. I don’t need a woman to be content with life or happy with myself.

Quite frankly, the best moments of my life were when a woman wasn’t part of it. Other times, everything was always in shambles. Go figure why I’m “single.”

Clown? Asshole? Douche bag?

If this video proves anything, it shows America’s appetite for senseless entertainment. How many times have I e-mailed Arrington about stories I’ve broke on my blog? My podcast interviews? Of all things, Arrington chose to publish this.

Did I expect that he’d publish this? Of course not, because he’s ignored everything I’ve ever sent him until now.

I am sick of people — especially my fellow Americans — who portray themselves as perfect people. We all know that 99% of you have been a similar situation where we’ve been pissed off. Save the nonsense.

Finally, this is Arrington’s blog, is it not? He can post what he wants, but for whatever reason, he felt compelled to post this of all things.

I certainly hope you’ve all had the joy of attempting to rag on someone who’s been nothing but upstanding, honest and respectful. If you want to know something about me, then spend time learning about who I am.

Let’s see – guy in the video says he wears it all the time – yet as of 5:45pm tonight, it’s not on live.

If an establishment says “no shirts, no shoes, no service” then you can’t expect to come in without shoes, period. I can only imagine that the MPAA probably has restrictions about video inside a movie theater auditorium. Same thing as when you go watch a tv show, my last experience they made me “check” my camera at the door. Let’s see this guy get into a show as an audience member with that on his head without previous approval.
