I know this is sort of a dead issue but I was totally stunned when I literally stumbled across this event involving Figueroa. I know this character. I also know Beth Boldt very well. I am assuming that she knows nothing of this event and if she did she protested his actions. This is damaging to her career. She is a kind hearted generous woman who would never do this. I am sure she never called to demand money. I can only imagine what your experience with Richard was like.

I really, REALLY hope that his reason for falling all over himself apologizing is that he realizes what he’s done (tried faking litigation and in the process opened himself up for a REAL lawsuit), and that he’s a complete idiot, and that he should stick to taking pictures and leave the internetting and fake-lawyering to people in places other than Alabama.

He made a very public attempt to extort $ from (I don’t have the correct # but) many people.
What HE should’ve done was HIRE a lawyer and ask him if he had a blade of grass to stand on in this case. If his lawyer had half a brain he would have laughed Ricardo out of his office.

Can we start a collection — a buck a-piece ought to do it — to buy this guy an hour or two of private tutoring. English tutoring. The written kind. Not only is the grammar and spelling rather dreadful, but the punctuation/spacing thing…I don’t even have a name for it. It’s Dicky-boy’s habit of ending a sentence with a period (fair enough) but not bothering with a space before he commences the next sentence. Surely this could be rectified very easily by one of those old-school English tutors, perhaps with a cane in order to give Richard an encouraging tweak from time to time. I’ll start the collection with a $50 donation to get the ball rolling.

This is a great ending! Jerks like Figaroa don’t apologize cos they are a “big” man. He just realized he was messing with the wrong crowd. I bet he sends those stupid emails to a bunch of innocent site owners who don’t know the tech details and tries to extort money from them and probably with some success.

I hope Figaroa bumps his head into a bee’s nest!
