There was never a lawsuit, Mike knew that before he put it on his web site. However it’s amazing how so many people have so little to do in there lives than spew hate.

Just amazing, try reading a book if your bored. or perhaps some counseling….you need to get over this. Oh you could try helping someone like a charity.

It might be more relaxing for you than spewing venom from an ignorant , hateful , ill informed mind.

And the scariest thing: he is so confindent Mike has done damage to him and the conclutions he jumps to are based on a very childish logic.

He stated on #569 that he works with beautiful women. On this he is correct as Ashton is a very beautiful women.

BTW, a pro photogs are always very aggressive about the copyright they exert, even to family portraits.

Richard never claimed to be a lawyer, but he made a big mistake by not consulting with one. He defends himself by saying he was driven by Mike’s failure to return his previous email. So he took the law into his own hands.

Why did he want case settled without the knowledge of “the media”?

I noticed he submitted an invoice as part of his email. Under the circumstances, this must be a crime. Yes?

I suspect Mike will forgive and forget.

It’s sad that the uneducated can make life so difficult for us techies.
