For these reasons and the weather challenges, the use of technology would be a great step forward. As for the "average joe"... think about it.... if a couple of people like Steve are found with the technology, there would be a need for the service and an interest in people being able to help from home and for companies to sponsor it for the publicity. Boils down to we help a few millionaires and hopefully 10,000 people can help us look for a lost family member in the future. I have gone through some of the pics and hope many people do the same.
