This is cool stuff… there’s also a company doing this “play by play” interactive stuff for sports other than football (eg. Nascar) and i’ve read (but haven’t played yet) that they’re doing it for reality-TV as well. LiveHive Systems (http://www.livehivesystems.com) is doing it under the name “NanoGaming”. I expect TV is going to go in this direction in a big way in the coming years.

Weird…i started playing it and my wife took over. she loves it and I must say is pretty good at it! It seems simple but, it turns out there is a lot of strategy involved.

http://www.airplay.com has been doing this across mobile phones for months now. And not just football. Other sports, the academy awards, etc. It’s also fully-realized with the ability to compare your score with friends, etc. Former TiVo CEO runs the company.
