sam, a year and a half ago only people with .edu email addresses were able to sign up for facebook. it wasn’t until recently that facebook was opened up to all users.

what has been interesting about facebook is the amount of high school kids who have jumped on the train. i signed up probably a year and a half ago, at that time there were zero high school kids.
Now it seems like I am getting befriended by one of my little brother or sister’s hs friends on a daily basis.

If 36% of men and women have considered quitting the service, I wonder what the actual attrition rate is. That is, what percent of people that sign up actually end up deleting their accounts. Anyone know?
