Congratulations to CrunchGear, our sister site covering gadgets and gear that launched last year. They just slipped into the top 100 list at Technorati, at no. 100.
Given their growth rate driven by lots of good original content, my guess is they’ll be bigger than TechCrunch by this time next year. Great job, guys. I’m proud to be working with you. See the whole team here, led by editor-in-chief John Biggs.

There’s a tremendous market for something like CrunchGear, but TC is the best in my book.

Congrats, Crunch Gear…you’re now in my personal list of blogs I’ll follow. I’ve found that apparently I can only deal with 100 blogs in my reader, unlike Scoble who can amazingly keep up with over 600 of them.
I loooooove CrunchGear. They totally have a TechCrunch vibe, and their posts are always wicked funny to boot. I really like Vince and Matt’s stuff, they’re like the guys I wish I hung out with. Are they cool in real life, too? Or just in the Blogosphere?
Jillian – you’d be amazed at how not cool they are in person. “dork” is the main adjective that comes to mind.
