Great parody video of the recently announced Microsoft Surface Computer. “One day, your computer will be a big-ass table.”

One day your computer will be a little phone with pictures of your kids on vacation by themselves
lol
it’s a BIG ASS TABLE for 10 grand. wait till Apple trumps MS with a BIG ASS HOUSE for 1 million dollars.
Big is the new Small
This is one of the funniest videos I’ve seen in a long time!!

Nice work. Very funny.
The guy kiiiiiiind of sounds like the main guy from Office Space.
Jason, if that’s the funniest thing you’ve seen in a long time, you lead a sheltered life. Personally I found it mildly amusing, in an clueless sort of way.
you misspelled microsoft in the title
That was funny indeed!
Howard, would you like to take up a QA job in my company!
You have got a keen eyeQ man!

That’s microsoft innovation for you! Lots of people are making things smaller. they can make it bigger!
I like this table a whole lot more than the iPhone.
I saw that table (not by MSFT though) at Wired’s NextFest 3 years ago. It was very cool, but not as cool as the “see-through” coat made of millions of mirrors.
I am buying MSFT stock at $30.22. Anyone who’s sold won’t sell now right? Oh wait, Bill’s unloading $200mm a qtr… nevermind
Very funny.. really.. BUT everybody is missing the point… this is NOT for a consumer, the Surface is for commercial use… so….
Love it, too funny!
You have to admit though, that table looks pretty sweet!
Hmm, wasn’t really funny on engadget yesterday, not really funny here today. Sorry guys.
Nah, not funny.
BRILLIANT! Sadly, I don’t think Microsoft will get the joke.
Didn’t we learn our lesson about table top interfaces with those Pac Man video game tables back in the day?
Haha, Microsoft has made me so mad with all this XBOX 360 stuff that something like this I now find funny, even though I would have scorned it a year ago.
@DinoHorse: Yes, but I think it’s mostly Microsoft’s silly marketing this is making fun of. For example the first shot looks totally like some mom just Surfacin’ it away at home.
Didn’t find it funny
How great would it be to make ‘love’ on that table and not really have to look at the girl you’re hooking up with? Just put on a porn in the background and pretend you’re hooking up with someone much hotter.
You misspelled Microsoft in the title.
People can say whatever, THAT TABLE IS TIGHT! I see these showing up in many places like waiting rooms, doctors offices, ect. So instead of magazines being the item that passes time in that situation, I see the microsoft table being a great distribution outlet for content providers. The table is nothing without content!

200 thousand a month in revenue and you can’t spell microsoft in the title line of a post? come on…at any rate, mock as you will but msft is enjoying hefty free publicity thanks to you and your readers!
Hey, but I bet the table will have 3G access
everyone picks on microsoft.
YEAH!! TAKE THAT APPLE!!
Microsoft will be lucky if they sell one of those things.
I can’t wait to order my drink on a blue screen of death.
That has to be the best thing I’ve seen in a very VERY long time.
“The future is here! And it’s a big ass table.”
Next thing you know, they will invent a mainframe, so that people have larger computers with lots and lots of expansion slots.
If you liked this parody you might like watching Andy Rooney (of 60 minutes fame) reviewing the Zune:

I don’t think it was laugh-out-loud funny, but it did make a valid point. It’s great technology, but it hasn’t been marketed very well by Microsoft.
microsft is a loser///thats all i know
This is hilarious. LOL.
Great work. lol
That was absolutely hilarious, although the Surface is really initially intended for Hotels and Casinos, etc. Very funny!
That was freakin’ hilarious. A must share!
This is funny /
- Not amazingly funny; just funny.
- funny is Demetri Martin, Rb
Lol but just funny enough
On the other hand, MSFT (or the creative ad agency they’re working with) did a good job on this dating/relationship spoof between advertiser and consumer:

Quite well done.
I really loved it. I think it was published on Techcrunch, but I didn´t pay attention. This table is very promising. Take that Apple!
Klass! The VO sounds like Ron Livingston.
microsoft rocks for coming up with this… its a wicked concept thats executed superbly.
The mere idea that I have to lean over to use the thing makes my back ache.
I can see these things all over Vegas (or any casino) as gambling machines in the next couple of years.
Big funny ass video!
