Rodney, stealing isn’t a gray areas. People losing their livelihoods in all sectors of the music bizz also isn’t a gray area. Stop seeing the legitimate rights holders of that music as pesky roadblocks on the way to progress. Facebook and that cool new plugin would allow and encourage copyright infringement and stealing.

It will indeed be very interesting to see how this shakes out. As you would expect, music is one of the fastest adopted catagories of new facebook applications…

We happen to be big fans of the box facebook application and the facebook f8 platform.

There are some gray areas that will become clearer over time. Music is always a hotbed of litigation with new disruptive technologies.
