For any Zoho fans living in Boston: the company is hosting a yacht party on June 18 at 6:30 pm. There will be food, drinks, music and (I assume) Zoho announcements to be made. This is invite only, but they’ve given us the last forty spots to give away to TechCrunch readers. The event is free. More details here.
Please only register if you intend to go. The signup page is here. Use registration code 7890.

How many users(licenses) does Zoho claim to have?
yay i’m in!
Hehe i signed up for this, i wonder what kinda people will show up :p
Signed up!
ok, so I tried a Zoho spreadsheet, and it’s REALLY slow.
I thought Google spreadsheets had some problems, but Zoho spreadsheet is virtually unusable. For my one-off projects, I’m sticking with Google spreadsheets.
Plus, I can never remember my Zoho sign-in, whereas for Google it’s the same as my gmail sign-on.
Zoho.com - is great - I still dont understand how they can compete with Google / after cash runs out - RB
damn, i’m right in boston and wanted to go BUT it is sold out! hey zoho, if you can swing one more then please ping me…i’d be happy to share some wonderful rumors with you regarding your competitors (yes, i work in CI and yes, i’ve looked at your industry quite a bit)…
I live just outside of Boston. Any ideas what they’ll be announcing?
probably funding, what else…can’t be new services, they’d go broke if they threw a party everytime they launched something
RYK, Zoho does not need funding, they are profitable - have been so for years, based on their other products.
As for new product announcements … you’ll be surprised
was just joking.
I just went back and gave Zoho Sheets a whirl. Has Zoho come a long way: its blazing fast, has all the features you need and nifty PDF exporter.
I have been following this company closely because I too am an entrepreneur in the same space, and because like me this company has come out of India.
Keep up the good work and I’ll be getting people in my office to adopt your products.
RYK, here’s one for you
… and I suspect there may be another one at Enteprise 2.0 in Boston, next week.
Thanks TechCrunch for the info and thanks zoho for such a nice party. I really loved the party and so did my husband.
