I'm pretty impressed with EditGrid. Seems like its got a lot of interesting advanced features. Some of the real time features are pretty neat. Looks like its worth checking out you're going to be working on a collabrative worksheet. I'm not sure how much use there is for simultanous spreadsheet making, so I'm bit hesitant that would be such a practical feature (sharing is definitely a good one).
