The memory exercises at first weren't so easy, then overtime I found that they didn't have a difficulty hard enough for me. The fact that I had trained my short term memory better led to me being able to process things faster as well, and I actually have seen differences in my every day life. I'd recommend playing Lumosity to anybody, as we not only need physical exercise, we also need mental exercise. I have used Lumosity and have found it to be great.
