I like the obvious SEO advantages of the product.
But if I were to start any business dealing with online video to a certain extent, I’d rather pay for a one-time application development and keep these things in-house like most “big players” using online video in connection with chaptering and summaries already do.

If the content is of any value at all, total control is more valueable than ease of use in my opinion.

- The does sound like a great idea; Would like to see some integration…

- Listen to a video (with you talk it types software) … Create tags at set intervals (or better yet … based upon common interesting sentences dicitonary file)

Veotag looks good, however they are not the first to do this type of chaptering to videos. Take a look at what WellcomeMat is doing. They have tailored there application to work especially well within the real estate market, have better video quality than most online video services and have been doing it for 2 years.

So, Veotag does it a little differently, and it also looks good. However, it’s neither revolutionary or new.
