I’m with you, TechCrunch. I want the latest news AND [well-founded] speculation from the tech world, you shouldn’t be forced to comply with every big-guy’s whim. If he does file this lawsuit, all it will do is give you a bunch of press and give him a bunch of bad press, as, for numerous reasons stated before, it’s a bunch of non-since. What ever happened to free speech/press? It just makes Shannon look like a wimp who can’t take the facts like a [b]man[/b]. (I couldn’t resist. Haha! Shannon! lol!)

TOM, you are so CUTE with your super-fun accusations about what TC should be or shouldn’t be. ASTONISHINGLY, I found a few corrections in what little you piddled into your posts, and wanted to let you know.

Amateur is spelled amateur, not amature, you amateur. “Look up the definition of [Amateur] before you try to use it in a sentence.” I got that last burn from you at #72, and let’s just say IT BURNS. A ton.

Also, you tried to burn someone at #41, but it was actually #40. Opps! Yes, opps. Also, the word irony works quite well in post #40, if the irony is that your comment (about bloggers wanting to be treated like real news) wants to be treated like a “real” comment but you can’t even spell amateur right. You amateur. Did we cover that?

There is freedom of speech. TechCrunch is not the only blog wrote about it. Google it and you see 1000 of information about shanon. He need to spend more money to sue all those 1000 bloggers & website - lol. And also #118, 124 has the same opinion as what I thought.

“punitive damages” Lame way of saying “pay more than you owe us”
“lawyer fees” Pay for your own f***ing lawyer. You’re already going to make tons of $$$ if you win.

No doubt about it - Entertaining to say the least. And yes, lawyers (and people) such as this have their reserved room in the eternity of hell. They just want to believe that they are so prim and proper because (they believe that) they play by the so called “rules”. This provides more proof that this American society - is in a downfall. ps.
