I have an issue with YouTube. They have suspended two of my channels for copyright infringement. Although there was no infringement at all. The videos were actually voice over’s with the talk show talents picture of which I had permission from the hosts producer. The shows channel was also demolished and another fans channel as well.

Someone is attacking these channels with bogus claims of infringement. I’d like to take legal action toward the people that are attempting to stop free speech with these bogus claims or take a baseball bat after them. What ever is the most affective? hey guys….how about a “DL” mailing list…….get the info to the RIGHT peeps….not the greediest bastards on the planet! (mpaa) think about this, when a movie is made, it costs roughly one to ten mill. to make, then they pay producers, directors, and big stars MULTI-MILLIONS just for doing a job that isnt even REAL work…..you pay at the box office, you pay at the movie rental, you pay (with time and brain cells) for commercials and advertising from all directions, you pay your cable bill to see it on tv, or your net bill to see it after you pay yet another host of fees….then theres merchandise, soundtracks sales, etc etc…you pay for EVERYTHING from the luxory trailers that house the stars to the food cart with outlandish offerings, to the airbrushing tech who has to make the demi-god-like actors look flawless, because they think they are the sultans of the universe! they think they are the royal ruling class, and we are just the peasants lining up to kiss their polished asses!!!!!! this had to end somehow, and i am glad for it!!!! let us take no more. we shall rise up, and end this BS now!!! how many times must we pay, before we say NO MORE!!! they make more off one movie then most of us will see in ten lifetimes!!! so mpaa get off my ass for the meager little windows of escape we claim watching videos….after all, they have been ripping us off for decades……turnabout is fair play, and karma, is a bitch! !!>:{ if you got any goodies…. Taking down these smaller sites hosting the videos will accomplish nothing at all. Anyone who thinks otherwise is obviously clueless and a complete moron.

Look at torrent sites. They host all kinds of copywrighted material. When they are taken down, many more are created and take it’s place. Same with other file sharing programs.

There is nothing that can be done to stop this. They can be shut down all you want but there will still always be new ones created. It’s a never ending cycle and a complete waste of time and resources trying to prevent it.
