		<description>Wow. I wouldn&#039;t have ever seen that coming. I think its a good thing though, if Cisco plays it right (by lowering prices). WebEx is the industry standard, but there are a lot of options. Still, if a company wants to act &quot;big&quot; WebEx is the way to go. I&#039;ve been using CrossLoop personally though (mainly b/c its free, quick, and easy).</description>
