Hei! Nothing against Cebit and other European conferences! Part of the fun is the fact that I need to fly 2 hours tops to get somewhere!

And looking forward meeting Charlie there – I am going to be there the whole time but I do the clever version: Not a normal blog where you have to cover all the cool stuff and gadgets but an event blog (and in German) ‘beyond the press release’. Meaning I will not need that walking shoes and will be able to have more fun

Let’s try to hook up and have some Cebit fun.

Would you ever consider NAB? It’s a big show, but even if you just spent a couple of days in the South Hall (LVCC) where the Apple’s, Avid’s and Adobe’s of the world hang out, you’d get to see some very cool technologies that are all about digital media capture, design and delivery (it’s not just traditional broadcast stuff anymore, and hasn’t been for a long time!). Just a thought…

i am mightily relieved i rarely attend them nowadays … am surprised they are still deemed relevant, frankly.
