I created a job board, www.findjobz.com with the premise to donate all my profits to charity.

I have been getting no interest from employers, but great interest from seekers as I show Indeed.com jobs.

Now there are probably tens of thousands of job boards, so it's probably best to be an affiliate of one of the larger ones, and go do something else.

The New Rules of Getting Hired Using Job Boards:
After January 2009, your chances of getting hired is 1 in 250 if you apply for a job within the first hour a job is posted and the odds continue to increase every minute thereafter.
Resumes that fall outside of 250 will have little to no chance of being reviewed as hiring managers and recruiters look at an average of 250 resume per position.

The New Rules For Avoiding Foreclosure/Eviction:
After January 2009, 8 out of 10 unemployed Americans will experience foreclosure/eviction due to not having 6-months of mortgage/rent saved.
Americans who do not have 6-months of mortgage/rent saved will experience foreclosure/eviction in the near future since it now takes over 6-moths to find a job and receive your first paycheck.

The New Rules For The Jobs That Will Be Offered:
After January 2009, the ratio of jobs offering a base salary and benefits is 1 in 10,000 in states with less than 7% unemployment and 1 in 25,000 in states with over 8% unemployment. The ratio of jobs offering no base but the ability to make over $50,000 per year is 1 in 10 in every state. The ratio of jobs offering no base but the ability to make over $100,000 per year is 1 in 25 in every state.
1 in 10 is better than 1 in 10,000 and 1 in 25 is better than 1 in 25,000.

About Myself:
Over the past decade I’ve gotten offers from several presidents of companies similar companies, have been asked to join teams of top income earners and have helped hundreds of representatives understand the seven rules to be financially successful in this type of business model. After seeing over 500,000 people fired/laid-off for 5 consecutive months, I knew the timing was right to apply my decade of experience with a smart company with a visionary leader. My representatives will not have to navigate through tons of material, attend endless meetings or peddle products from door to door. However, they will make between $4,600 and $15,400 per month because of the seven rules I teach them.

If you want to find out more about those seven rules, send us an email to nowhiringnationwide@gmail.com - with your name and telephone number.

Well, it seems that new job sites are coming up with new business models. Recently, came across http://www.talentpool.asia, which lists job openings majorly from India and some from other Asian countries. It will likely grow across entire Asia soon. The job site offers free job postings, free resume search and free job application management system. Now, this is wonderful. I am sure they have some revenue model however, the best thing is that a lot of employers and job seekers would be benefited with their free services. Above all, the site looks quality oriented.

Why on earth would you pay someone 50% of your income instead of just purchasing a license like I did. What if you made $2000 bucks a month off of your site? You would end up paying $12,000 dollars for the use of a product you could easily purchase for much less. Not very good business sense.
