We launched the CrunchBoard job board in August, and people seem to be getting quality results for their listings because they keep coming back. I love companies that use the term “rockstar” in the title of their job post (eg. “Ajax Rockstar”). These companies are always lame and run by incompetent retards.

I actually have a query:

I’ve been a front-end coder at the same place for 8 years here in SF. Mind you, I learned everything on the job (I didn’t know HTML from Adam when I was hired) and I’m pretty sure I lack crucial skill sets to successfully market myself elsewhere. Honestly, I have no desire to go anywhere else. I’m just curious what it’s like out there in SF for presentation layer coders.
