I wouldn’t want to paste that anywhere on my website. I like the functionality of the widget, but it’s just plain ugly. I really wish they’d do something about their overall design. Even the logo sucks.

Nifty idea. I didn’t like Del.icio.us’ interface, but I am glad that Yahoo! acquired them and look forward to a full integration with their other services - which I like much better.

Why is it that I have been sending them emails for the last year to get more features added into their API, yet they come out with this? Some of this info is stuff that should be included in their API. We’d even pay for it, but no, they give out out through this thing… They need to get their priorities straight.

This site really is going down the web2.0 fluff route lately. That annoying Snap preview thing is hateful, and here come more widgets, bells and whistles.

As a suggestion, try focusing more on tech news and less on little bits of nonsense that just add to the bloat.

Forget the widget. As a navy dude I know would term it, “it’s like polishing a turd.”

Del.icio.us has gotten ridiculously slow. Slowness (thanks yahoo) combined with its lousy interface for bulk editing of bookmarks has made del.icio.us unusable for me.

After much looking, I have switched to netvouz. It’s usability leaves del.icio.us in the dust.

Note also that I have absolutely no connection to netvouz. I have no connection to any company. I’m just another user looking for something nice to get the job done. Happy holidays.

Could the widget have a better looking? I’m not sure it will hurt my web site designs if I integrate it. Seems del.icio.us never cares about the UI design.

We’ve added the widget script below in this post. We may add it permanently to the site as well, in our effort to continue to provide full visibility into TechCrunch statistics

It will likely help those who place it in a conspicous place - get more saves - but if someone is tempted to click on the Tags, it could lead them away, especially, since it is not opening up a new browser window
