La quale non ci ha pensato due volte a inondare di commenti negativi l&#8217;annuncio del nuovo servizio. Perfino l&#8217;ex responsabile di Yahoo Entertainment, Erik Schwartz, si è affacciato per suggerire che «Yahoo sembra aver perso la strada». Ma il punto stavolta è che l&#8217;azienda «sta dimostrando coraggio nell&#8217;ascoltare i veri e propri utenti», sostiene qualcuno che se ne intende, Dave Winer. Lo stesso fa il puntuale TechCruch, dove Michael Arrington nota come lo stesso staff del portale «sia stato assai attivo nei commenti, rispondendo alle lamentele e fornendo poi un rapido aggiornamento sulle modifiche in programma». La quale non ci ha pensato due volte a inondare di commenti negativi l&#8217;annuncio del nuovo servizio. Perfino l&#8217;ex responsabile di Yahoo Entertainment, Erik Schwartz, si è affacciato per suggerire che «Yahoo sembra aver perso la strada». Ma il punto stavolta è che l&#8217;azienda «sta dimostrando coraggio nell&#8217;ascoltare i veri e propri utenti», sostiene qualcuno che se ne intende, Dave Winer. Lo stesso fa il puntuale TechCruch, dove Michael Arrington nota come lo stesso staff del portale «sia stato assai attivo nei commenti, rispondendo alle lamentele e fornendo poi un rapido aggiornamento sulle modifiche in programma». Al di là dei dettagli operativi, l&#8217;episodio conferma l&#8217;importanza crescente che le aziende internet assegnano agli utenti, e la volontà di tenere aperta la comunicazione anche quando questi ti tirano le pietre. O almeno per certe aziende, visto che lo stesso post di TechCrunch segnala che invece il corporate blog di Google non consente i commenti. Già, perché mai? [&#8230;]</p>
