Appealing design + great features = good product

They released updates for all the protocol plugins, which is really the only part that ever needed updating. I registered 1.0 and they gave me a free copy of 2.0 pro. 3.x, really, I have never needed to register it, Basic does absolutely everything I need. By far the best multiprotocol messenger!!
