Comments on: iLike Adds Music Videos From YouTube

Anybody know how ilike goes about finding youtube videos for the songs? I’ve been trying to find a way to get it to find the correct one when it doesn’t but no luck so far. Understanding how it works in the first place might help. I’ve been using the facebook version and it’s about 50/50 at finding decent vids for the songs. For instance, I’m trying to find the official vid for Flight of Icarus by Iron Maiden. It’s all over the place on youtube but ilike only finds goofy stuff and I can’t figure out a way to get ilike to point at one of these good versions instead of the crap it’s finding.

The video component of iLike is cool, but their social networking and music don’t work for me. Goombah, a similar service, connect you with the top 20 people and they are amazing matches. You can see their entire libraries and what they have added and adjust your recommendations based on your ‘adventure’ setting. New free tracks every Friday – alternative but other genres too.
