		<description>I agree that if users search and start listening from the middle, then it is painful to hear 15 seconds of ad. What they could do is this:

(1). If users search and see video content from the middle, they could reduce the ad size to 5 seconds

OR 

(2). They could just give a way to skip the ads. 

Instead of "on-your-face" marketing, they should use "if-you-want-to" marketing. After all, Web 2.0 is all about giving power to the end user, right?</description>
