All we need to make it work smoothly is additional functionality of blog and CMS software. .mobi is yet another way to extract money from trademark holders all over the world. Although it's not like it's really that hard to do since the layout and design is as simple as possible, like web pages used to be back in the Mosaic days. I made a mobile version of one of my sites in under 2 hours because it's so easy to do. :) Let's hope more sites do this type of thing.
