My wife and I dropped facebook because of the highlights section. She had a man blocked but because her brother had a picture of this guy on his page they put him on her page under highlights. Everytime she logged on there this creep was and she could not get him off. They thought they were doing her a service but it was not what she wanted. They make you think you can control your homepage but not so. Facebook controls what you see and that is not what we signed up for. They shot themselves in the foot.

I just noticed this statement in a Facebook Help page -

"your News Feed only contains the stories we think you'll be the most interested in"

- So how does Facebook decide what I'm most interested in????

Brian wrote: "Facebook users don’t care about most of the information that is posted… who made a friend with who, why john doe dropped stat 100, etc."
This is the reason why I'm not a fan of the news feed. I've actually only added people I consider friends but those same friends have people on their friends list that aren't really friends, more like acquaintances, so their list is quite large. That means I'm presented with a long news feed every time I log on of who commented on what and who joined what. For example, I have a friend who has 629 "friends" on his list; let's say he happens to comment on a single picture from each of his friends, that's 629 news feed updates I'm forced to scroll through. Facebook should at least give me the option to turn these off.

They will say what they Want to Say.. But I will guarantee No Matter What Facebook Does............ and No Matter what is being said to boycott or quit or whatever... Trust Me... Once they are in ~they are addicted.. They depend on Facebook each and everyday.. So my guess is... They wont stop Facebooking regardless of the change. They need to know... Change is Good.

They depend on Facebook each and everyday.. So my guess is… They wont stop Facebooking regardless of the change. They need to know… Change is Good.

This new facebook is aggrivating. i had to email my teacher from last year concerning something important, and i was unable to. To say the least it was aggrivating. I hope they change this "new" facebook back to the old one, the old one worked a MILLION times better.
