Hi Ouriel Ohayon !

By reading the article on Sky-click, I am impressed. It is nice to read about new thing in the call centers environment. I hope Sky-click will be very helpful to the call center. Also as you said implementation and usage is simple and quick and we can do free PC to PC and cheap PC-to-Phone communication between a company and its customers. This itself a good and cost saving for the call center. It seems to me sky-click is going to very popular in short Spam of time.

I was searching online for Click To Call type providers that I could integrate into a website I'm currently working on, and came across a few different solutions, however, by far the one that I think is the best is www.jaduka.com. Its a lot like Sky-Click, and others, however it doen't require downloading extra stuff like skype or anything. I know a lot of people are devoted skype users, and I understand that, I was using a while my self, but check out the jaduka site, cause it seems to be a must better solution for web click to call stuff.

Okay so i found the price for liveperson quickly (50 per month). What is estara's pricing? Its nowhere on the site that I can find quickly. Its frustrating not knowing theor price points and to weigh them. I do my work form 8 to 5 and at night look for other crap like this to improve my business.

Some advice:Put your pricing on the site. Im ready to buy right now. I dont want to wait untill tomorrow and forget to call and then just go woth liveperson because its easier. Im frustrated here by the way in case you couldnt tell.

Anyone use these sytems care to comment on what they thought?

Very cool stuff. I was thinking about integrating live person but may try this for now. We are just a small company and still in 'beta' but this may help troubleshoot with some clients.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks for the 3 free months!

I just started my business a month ago.(So I'm in neglected customer segment.) At the point of easy set-up and instant trial, it is helpful because I have strong cost-consciousness and I am too busy to respond to a call. I like SKY-click, but I can't use this service because I run my business in Japan.

Interesting thoughts Jason. I've been analyzing the competitive environment and potential clients for SKY-click as an external consultant for the last 2 weeks. My conclusion: SKY-click has the potential to become a disruptive technology in their field if they execute right & fast - this market is has an interesting range of competitors. Because the solution builds on Skype it represents a new breed of tools with some interesting not yet seen features, such as video.

Compared to competitors like Liveperson and maybe eStara SKY-click's competitive advantage is first of all its rapid set-up and instant trial. You can virtually set-up a call/contact center that's integrated with your website within minutes (I did try! ;-). This makes it ideal for starters - e.g. small & medium-sized companies or departments within companies. In contrast, with Liveperson and eStara you have to go through talks with their sales representatives and pricing is done in function of your company's size, website traffic etc. Understanding & testing is more cumbersome (possible for eStara, accompanied demo for Liveperson). SKY-click follows the Web2.0 style of letting potential customers test & evaluate if the solution corresponds to their needs. It's selling by successful trial. This is what I personally like about corporate and productivity Web2.0 tools - I need to mess around with them before making decisions...

I think SKY-click will first gain a foothold market with neglected customer segments and then rapidly move into other segments of the corporate world. Bigger eBay sellers could rapidly adopt the solution since Skype has been swallowed by eBay. In general one of the hurdles could be the global adoption of Skype - will it become as omnipresent as pdf or Flash?

Warm regards from Switzerland, Alex

Gordon :
Simple explanation : it IS an ad but I guess they thought it would be more effective if they did not tell (how nice)... Check the following link, posted the very same day by Ouriel on the french Techcrunch.
Let me translate the title for you : "Thank-you to our sponsor : Sky Click"
Isn't it funny?

This is an interesting space and clever link of Skype-into-nextgen-LivePerson. But I wonder if the cost benefits matters - large call centers probably will continue to use more robust (and integrated) solutions, and for the smaller guys, the price point for LivePerson et. al. isn't all that high so price isn't a direct reason to switch. Being close to revenue is good (people will pay) and bad (don't mess with success). . . perhaps the sweetspot perhaps will be ease of integration.

This review reads like an ad or company brochure -- even without the all-caps 'FREE' and 'special... for TechCrunch readers'. Just wondering, is a disclosure in order?
