If realtor.com was smart they would introduce the exact same thing for their MLS listings. Not only could the person interested in the house get a text message with all the important details, two minutes later the listing agent could call and schedule an appoint to see the house - or create a function for that! Meanwhile I could be using Zillow to do my research on the comp values and trends in the area. Cool stuff!
