I like that they support transparency as well, I can have my cpu/mem usage displayed very discretely in the corner of the screen. I realized too that I don't really need to have desktop search. I organize my files pretty well and don't really know what kind of stuff google is doing with that info, espically since the government has been requesting all that information from google.
