I like their website and the concept of allowing users to create their own packaging of home media.

Seems like a useful service. Making editing easier will go a long way to make online video sharing even more pervasive. I question how viral the service will be given the relatively high price points and the walled garden approach to content, but they may be able to build a nice business just charging users for a good product.
