		<description>You were spot on with your first post.  Inform elicits not much more than a big HUH?  Great PR does not equal a great product.  I appreciate and empathize that this is a Beta release (hopefully more like Alpha, for their sake!), but it doesn&#039;t work well and the point of the whole thing eludes me too.  

Should it really take a few emails and a phone call to explain what your product does?  Will they offer this same handholding to all users?  

I&#039;m surprised you backed down so much from your initial impressions.</description>
